In March we placed an order. Two weeks later we received a message from our parcel service that the parcel would be returned because the sender was not listed on the parcel (this was true btw). After this we immediately contacted Naturelova custumor servive via email. We were helped by Steve. Steve made sure that a new package would be send to us straight away. Two weeks later we were finally allowed to collect our package from our package service. However, the vitamin jars were in a plastic package, later we found out this was done by Customs, Naturalova send the vitames in a box that was good sealed. After opening 2 of the 3 bottles turned out to be broken. We contacted Steve again. Steve apologized on behalf of Naturelova, while this was not the mistake of Naturelova but of Customs in my country. Steve promised us to send the remaining 2 vitamins as soon as possible and followed everything along with track and trace. Then came the time were we could collect our package. This time the vitamin jars were nicely packed in a box. Nothing was broken. all in all it took a few weeks before we finally got our vitamins, due to the coronavirus and Customs Customs the mistake of unpacking the vitamins bottle into a plastic bag. But because of the great service of Steve, everything went smoothly and I never had to worry about the bottles. Steve was very professional and was easily accessible by mail. He was very helpful and responded quickly to my emails. Because of the great service of Steve, we will definitely order here again in the future after we finish our vitamins
