Directions For Use
Add 4 heaped tablespoons (35g) to 300ml of water, plant-based milk or your favourite smoothie. Mix thoroughly in a protein shaker or blender. Pregnancy and breastfeeding safe. Children aged 3+ and adolescents may take half the adult serve to help fill nutritional gaps. Always consult your healthcare practitioner.
