Use for relief of sneezing, sore throat, runny nose, blocked nose, watery eyes, congestion, chills and coughs.

How to Use it:
Best taken at first sign of a cold. Shake the bottle, then 3 sprays under tongue every 10 minutes for up to 6 times or until symptoms reduced, then hourly or as needed (no more than 12 doses daily).
